- Introduction of RCS: JioCall introduces Rich Communication Services (RCS) in India, offering features like Rich Call, Chat, Group Chat, file sharing, location sharing, doodles, stickers, and more for an engaging communication experience.
- Unified messaging: The app provides a unified platform for sending and receiving text messages, engaging in group chats, and sharing various file types across RCS contacts.

JioCall simplifies communication by merging Fixed Line connectivity with smartphone convenience, making it a versatile tool for connecting globally and engaging with friends, family, and colleagues effortlessly.
How can I use Jio SIM to call?
After installing the JioCall app on your mobile device, set up the application by entering your Jio SIM number (the one inserted in your JioFi device). Subsequently, the Jio SIM you configured will serve as the designated phone number for the JioCall app.
Can I make a JioCall call without going into the app?
Certainly, you can place voice calls to any mobile or landline number using JioCall. Nevertheless, video calls are limited to your Jio contacts.
Is Jio Wi-Fi Calling free?
You can initiate a video call with using any Jio number. Seamlessly establish connections even in areas with weak signals or within cellular dead spots in buildings. Enjoy the benefits of Wi-Fi Calling without incurring any extra charges. Simply acquire a Wi-Fi Calling pack and ensure you have an HD voice-compatible device.
Why is JioCall not working?
Verify the presence of the dial tone. If it's absent, re-establish the connection for the phone cable (RJ11/telephone wire cable) on both ends (landline and Jio Home Gateway). Confirm that the 'Dial' mode is configured to 'Tone' mode and attempt to reboot the JioFiber Router.
