Simply download Zotero as an extension to your browser and find a copy button on the toolbar. Click this button and save the address of the webpage you’re currently on to the Zotero database. Then, drag these saved URL into your document, and they become cited. Adjust the referencing to the one appropriate to your work. Zotero supports almost all citation formats such as Harvard, APA, and MLA.

Zotero also comes as an independent app. You can download it to your desktop and work offline. The app has a word processor integration for all common platforms like Microsoft Word and Google Docs. This means that you can merge files from any of these programs using Zotero. You can write directly on Zotero if you like, and save your work in any text format.

Zotero collects and organizes all citations and publications for you. You create a specific topic, and the app automatically makes a folder for it. Any sources you save for that subject get categorized and placed in that location. You can access and edit any time in your Zotero library.
