No, there are no better alternatives. iMazing offers many more features than iTunes and is much easier to use. AnyTrans is an option, but it cannot manage the devices wirelessly as iMazing can.

Except for mediocre transferring, this program has little holding it back. With the app's ease of use, backing up your iOS data has never been easier. Compatibility won't be a problem for those using Windows or Mac.
