A software company called Alth-Tek developed All-in-One Voice Changer, a Windows app that lets you alter your voice during calls. It allows you to set your pitch and is suitable for many online programs, whether for content creation or pranking a friend.

Content creation or pranking?

All-in-One Voice Changer can alter your voice pitch, making your voice sound either like a woman or man. It’s great to use when doing voice-over recordings, content creation, or pranking friends. You can use it with Skype and other instant-messaging tools. 

You can also use it to optimize your voice for clarity or enhanced sweetness in tone; this is useful for people with raspy or pitchy voices. Changing your voice can be fun and games when using it for the right reasons. However, people with ill intent can misuse the app. Misuse isn’t the app’s purpose, as the app itself doesn’t allow you to export your recordings. 

How to use the app

To use the All-in-One Voice Changer app, download and install it on your device. Once it’s on your PC, you can run your first test. Move the slider to the left and right to choose your pitch, then click ‘Test’ and speak into the microphone. You can press play to listen to your recording. 

Once you’ve settled on your favorite pitch, you can start making calls. However, to make calls, you have to link the app to an instant messaging tool, like Skype. You can also import the recordings so that you can edit them and make changes to the pitch. With the free version, you can only use the cat voice. To get the full version, you need to buy a license key. This license key is only valid for one PC.

All-in-One Voice Changer works with Windows 7, 8, 10, and Vista (both 32bit and 64bit versions) and is partly on Windows XP. The app can also be used on the following instant-messaging tools: QQ International, Yahoo Messenger, and Skype.
