Since there’s no batch-test option, you’ll perform the same steps for each drive. Luckily, you can save the global result datasheet and compare numbers when deciding where to install your next app.

Three standardized tests

This program can run three SSD performance checks on the device. It chooses SEQ by default, but the two alternatives are easily accessible at the toolbar too:

• SEQ measures how quickly the drive is capable of reading and writing 1GB of data.
• 4K test checks the rates at 4K blocks.
• 4K-64 calculates the speed at 64 threads.

You’ll receive the results in IOPS or MB per second in a well-organized, clearly labeled table. Other information includes access time and the copying and compressing capabilities benchmark, which helps you better understand the overall SSD capacity.
