Siransija: Government Employee Performance Measurement System
Siransija is a performance measurement system developed by DINAS KOMINFO AND STATISTIK PROVINSI GORONTALO for government employees, focusing on attitude and character development. The software aims to enhance employee performance by evaluating three core elements of the Revolusi Mental initiative: Integrity, Work Ethic, and Collaboration. Integrity, accounting for 40% of the assessment, is measured through indicators like attendance, LHKPN/LHKASN, SPT, findings, and ASN Behavioral Pact. Work Ethic, with a weightage of 50%, is assessed based on SKP achievement and physical target accomplishment. Collaboration, with a weightage of 10%, evaluates participation in collective activities and gatherings. Scores from Siransija are crucial for calculating government employee allowances, offering a structured approach to performance evaluation and fostering excellence in employee contributions.
