As dedicated gamers, managing our game collections has always been a bit of a pain. Cartridges, discs, manuals… keeping everything organized and accessible seemed impossible. That is until we discovered Game Vault.

Goodbye spreadsheet struggle

Before Game Vault, we relied on clunky spreadsheets to track our games. They worked, sort of. But updating them was a chore, and honestly, it was about as exciting as watching paint dry. Game Vault revolutionized our organization. Instead of fiddling with rows and columns, its intuitive interface and database made adding games to our collections a breeze.

Seamless organization

Game Vault isn't just a glorified list. Its features streamline the entire game management experience.  Here's how it stands out:

  • The database: Game Vault's massive database lets us search for games and automatically populate details like cover art, platform, and release dates. No more manual data entry
  • Customization: While the database is great, Game Vault allows extensive customization too. We can add personal notes, track our play-through status, and even assign a rating to each game
  • Visual appeal: Game Vault presents our collections in a visually pleasing way. We can sort and filter by platform, genre, or any of our custom tags. It's like having our own personal game store shelf

Beyond organization

Beyond the core organization features, Game Vault proved its worth in several unexpected ways.

With its filtering tools, we rediscovered hidden gems in our own backlogs. This sparked a renewed passion for playing some of our older, perhaps neglected titles.

Additionally, Game Vault helps us make smarter purchasing decisions. By clearly displaying our existing library, it prevents us from accidentally buying duplicate games, saving us money in the long run.

Finally, the ability to easily share our collections with friends online has fostered a sense of community, allowing us to quickly give and receive game recommendations.

Room for growth

While Game Vault has been fantastic, there's always space for improvement. A wishlist feature and integration with price-tracking tools would be awesome, giving it a more comprehensive feel.

Should you vault your games?

If you're tired of disorganized game collections and want a user-friendly solution, Game Vault is a no-brainer. It's not only a top-notch organizational tool but has also enhanced my overall gaming experience.  For any passionate gamer, Game Vault is a worthwhile investment.
