The Masterplan: A Tactical Heist Game
The Masterplan is a tactical squad-based heist game developed by Shark Punch. It is set in the 1970s and offers a 2D top-down view that gives a great overview of the game. The game has hand-drawn 2D graphics and fun group control, which allows the player to be a real criminal mastermind.
The game features 20 unique hand-crafted heists in a persisting career mode. You can manage your crew from heist to heist by hiring the right goons and making sure they are properly equipped. You can choose to hit your targets loud, in stealth, or a mix of both. You can control civilians and guards at gunpoint with the unique threaten system, employ a variety of weaponry and gear, and carry and hide bodies to avoid detection. The game also allows you to use disguises to infiltrate forbidden areas and disable electrical systems.
In addition to the campaign mode, the game offers 8 challenge maps built by the development team and available through Steam Workshop. The game also supports Steam Workshop, allowing players to create their own heists. The Masterplan lets you discover, plan, and execute the greatest heist in the history of mankind!
