newTunes: Get updates of your favorite bands
Don't you wish you could be informed every time your favorite music bands release a new song? With the newTunes widget, you can be updated straight from your Dashboard. The program allows you to search and display your favorite artists from iTunes and order them in a list that you can refresh at any time.
newTunes crawls Amazon to find information on new releases from the artists in your list. The new songs shown in your list have links to buy or pre-order the song, ban it, or even mark it as a favorite. You can also adjust the number of days after which a track is considered too old to be new.
Despite only working with Amazon and having a slightly unattractive interface, newTunes is a handy widget to keep updated on new releases from your favorite artists.
