Asana is a popular work management application, but Done challenges them by delivering much of what they have for free. Asana does have better project management, but it isn’t as simple to use or focused as Done is.

Microsoft Teams could be considered competition, but that requires heavy investment and time to set up. Done focuses on simplicity; however, that does make it reliant on other software to make up for document creation.
