Cooperate from anywhere

Done has stepped in to help fulfil collaboration needs. Not only can you have a schedule that you may assign tasks with, but it also has a to-do list and a built-in file sharer. Lastly, you can chat with your co-workers directly.

Keep it in one place

Done Hui opens up their app development career with a great application for co-working.

Asana is a popular work management application, but Done challenges them by delivering much of what they have for free. Asana does have better project management, but it isn’t as simple to use or focused as Done is.

Done bases its service out of the chat with other people on the app where you can share files that it saves to its cloud. You may easily access what you are working on with other people. Signing up is quite simple so that you can start your team quickly.

Microsoft Teams could be considered competition, but that requires heavy investment and time to set up. Done focuses on simplicity; however, that does make it reliant on other software to make up for document creation.

Where can you run this program?

It can be run on iOS 12.1 and onwards.

Is there a better alternative?

No, there is nothing better on the market that does better. Asana has a different focus, and it doesn’t have the same flexibility in team communication. Teams is complicated to use and requires a commitment to Microsoft.

Our take

This software is ideal for small to medium-size businesses looking to collaborate with their employees or freelancers on projects. The difficulties of communicating over multiple platforms are stripped away.

Should you download it?

Yes, if you need to do joint work with someone, this is an application to have.
