Project management platform for developers
Clubhouse is an intuitive project management platform created with software developers in mind. Its logical task organization and clutter-free interface make it easy to delegate tasks and track their progress. The robust system of APIs included in the package lets you integrate this tool with your other management software.
Hierarchical structure
This management platform’s essential functionalities revolve around Stories, designating tasks, builds, and features you can assign to members. These can be part of projects or included in an Epic, a collection of performed tasks for reviewing progress towards a goal.
The dashboards contain reporting and data visualization tools, which show you the overall progress and current achievements, facilitating the administrative work required to track workflow.
Customization & usage
The UI is relatively straightforward and easy to navigate using the functions you’ll find on the sides of the home page. Once you launch Clubhouse, you’ll get access to Kanban boards with drag-and-drop tools through which you can assign tasks and check their status.
You can also customize the interface by changing label signs and colors to denote particular projects. The platform is available through Windows and Mac devices, while the Android and iOS apps keep your team on the same page at all times.
Pricing plans
Clubhouse is available free of charge for teams of up to 10 people. However, if you want to include more members and get some extra perks, like a customer support agent specifically for your team, you’ll have to pay.
There are two pricing plans available. The Standard version lets you include 11 and more users with varying prices, depending on whether you’re paying annually or monthly.
If you want to go for the Enterprise plan, you’ll get a dedicated platform manager, but you’ll have to request the pricing information through the platform.
Our take
Overall, Clubhouse is an excellent tool for its intended purpose. It lacks some features useful for company-wide, general project oversight, but it’s fantastic for delegating tasks related to software development.
Should you download it?
Yes, if you need a program for development project management. If you’re in another field, go for an alternative, such as JIRA or Asana.
