Spyragon: A Challenging Hexagon Matching Game
Spyragon is an exciting and challenging hexagon matching game developed by Spiro Metaxas. Available for iPhone, this free game offers three different game modes to provide endless fun.
In the Classic Mode, players must match at least three shapes of the same color in a maximum of two moves. Matching four or more shapes creates special elements like Stars and Paths, while matching all the shapes of a hexagon creates a Combo piece. The goal is to clear the entire board by creating Full Hexagons. Players can also use the Builder tool to create large matches and increase their score. Leveling up and using Swaps to change the color of a selected Circle adds more strategic elements to the game. The game ends when no moves are left.
For those who enjoy a fast-paced challenge, the Speed Mode offers the same rules as Classic Mode but with a timer. Players must match as much as possible before the timer reaches zero. Time Coins can be collected to add seconds to the timer, but their value decreases over time. The game ends when the timer runs out or no moves are left.
In Fusion Mode, players have more control over the game. They can choose where new colors go by placing Color Pairs in preferred spots. Tapping on Color Pairs toggles their formation, allowing players to create matches via rotations and placements. Each rotation generates a new Color Pair, and when all four spots are filled, rotations are blocked and a placement must be made. The game ends when no moves are left.
