You can remotely esign documents from anywhere in the world. The product is free for 2020 for you and your team and provides a detailed audit history.

Fast and easy electronic signatures

Nitro Sign provides plenty of useful functions that allow you to place electronic and digital signatures on PDF and Word documents.

Nitro Sign forms part of the Nitro Pro Suite package. However, it’s also a standalone product that provides electronic and digital signing of PDF, Word, or image documents. Since it allows you to place signatures online, the remote feature means you can sign it from anywhere in the world.

If you need someone else to sign your document, you can create a signature section. After signing into your Nitro account, you can format which details your client must submit on the stamp. These options include printed name, signature, time and date, and company position.

The esign product has an audit trail to track the document’s history. Additionally, you’ll receive notifications as soon as your recipients complete and submit their signatures.

Where can you run this program?

The minimum requirement is Windows 8, while you’ll need at least MS Office 2013 for Word integration.

Is there a better alternative?

Yes. While DocuSign offers the same features, it also includes a mobile app. However, there is no free price option at the moment.
