No Equipment and Meal Planner takes its name literally in the 11 workouts it provides. It also has a four-week challenge and a goal setter to keep you motivated. The app provides a meal plan with a shopping list that you can check off what you have and still need.
The user interface or design of the app is quite smooth. Once you download the program, it displays all of the different workouts under what they impact. All you have to do is tap on the one you want to do, and it launches it.
Under reports, you have the chance to track your progress for the challenge. Here you can also set your height and weight enabling the tracker to measure how you are progressing.
Unfortunately, Home Workout comes with an abundance of ads which at times you will have to wait for a while before they can be closed. Another problem is the lack of variety available in the programs.

Overall, this program isn’t that bad. There weren’t any major issues apart from the frequency of the advertisements. It was down to earth and easy to use, making it a decent app for doing quick routines. However, it falls short of some of the other programs seen.
