One experience over many games

The Master Chief Collection brings together some of the greatest Halo games, telling the story of Spartan 117, the Master Chief.

One of the most iconic series available, Halo was originally an Xbox exclusive release of games created by Microsoft. Now, the entire story of Master Chief is available to play on your Windows desktop.

The Master Chief Collection begins with Halo: Reach, which tells the story of the fall of the planet Reach and the valiant efforts of Noble team. Combat Evolved is next in chronological order, where we pick up the story of our favorite Spartan, Master Chief. All told, this collection has 67 campaign missions.

That’s not all; Halo’s multiplayer is genre-defining and legendary. The collection has over 120 multiplayer maps, remastered and more beautiful than ever. Pick up a battle rifle and start taking out the other team.

Is there a better alternative?

No. This collection has all of the Halo titles previously unreleased on PC. If you don’t like the mechanics, the Borderlands series is a great option with their role-playing progression system.
