In "Cold Abyss," players explore the ocean floor with diminishing oxygen levels, creating tension as they search for unrepaired cables and oxygen machines. The game provides a navigation device to aid in locating these items, along with a count of fixed cables. However, the immersion is occasionally disrupted by a typewriter sound effect triggered when interacting with certain elements, and some players have reported difficulties exiting the game using the standard "Esc" function.
