Pinewood Valley Prologue Review
"Pinewood Valley Prologue" is a free-to-download open-world horror demo by Cold Chop Studio. Set 20 years into the past, the game's plot revolves around Eli and his friends encountering a bloodthirsty killer at Camp Summers Hill in 1986.
As the player assumes the role of Eli, they get to explore Camp Summers Hill at night, adding a spooky and ominous atmosphere to the gameplay. Some cabins within the camp are inaccessible, and as the story progresses, players witness the fate of Eli's friends firsthand. Despite the option to enable subtitles, the tiny font size may pose readability issues, with players able to complete the demo in about half an hour.
