It's nice to know that in an era of Blackberries and iPhones, my Sony Ericsson is still useful for something - well kind of. While the usefulness of controlling your Mac with a phone is questionable, it can't be denied that Bluetooth Remote Control allows you to do so very easily. When you've set up Bluetooth Remote Control, you'll be able to control a huge number of functions such as opening applications, playing multimedia, and even games.
The good thing is that you can assign specific keyboard combinations you want for all the keys of your mobile. A graphical tree-style structure shows your mobile keyface on the left with all of the keys configurable on the right. With the drop-down menus, you can then select what you'd like each key to control. For instance, you can use the "1" key to press "Escape" on your Mac.
