Reduce text cleanup time

You'll simply have to paste your text into the interface than use of the default fixes to clean up case, reverse characters, transform quotes and lines or fix paragraphs and spaces. If you don't have time to waste you can just choose to fix all. Clean Text also allows you to batch replace certain words and sentences and create macros so you can have your own selection of fixes to work with. Despite the usefulness of macros, I felt that Cleant Text lacked flexibility, especially in terms of the rules or fixes you can work with. For date for example, you only have a choice of three different formats. Clean Text is still a very handy tool if you are in a hurry and need to clean up text fast. However some users will be disappointed by its lack of flexibility.
