Yunar is an app that stores information about your loyalty cards and replaces them, removing the need for you to keep a handful of cards in your wallet at all times.

Yunar is a neat way to store all your loyalty cards on your phone, eliminating the need to carry them regularly.

Yunar keeps your loyalty cards in a virtual wallet, saving you space in your pocket and elevating the frustration of having to search through all your cards to find one. This also saves you pocket space and makes checking out a faster process than before.

You can create custom cards in the app, adding loyalty programs that aren’t already available on Yunar as well as a concert or train tickets. The only thing that limits you from adding an item is the requirement of a QR or barcode. Simply search for a brand then tap “Other card” to add an item.

Data is synced between devices as long as you have created an account and signed in on both devices. The online storage can further be used by sharing your cards with family members, increasing the speed of earning rewards

Yunar can also sign you up for loyalty programs from within the app itself. This saves you time by having a ready loyalty card for any supported brand.

However, unlike similar apps, Yunar cannot display information for loyalty cards. This means that you’ll need a separate application to check your points balance or read messages from the company. These apps may have a digital card themselves and make Yunar worthless.

Yunar is available for Android 6.0 and up as well as iOS 11.0 and later.

Is there a better alternative?

Yes. Yunar is a great app, but Cards - Mobile Wallet doesn’t require brand-specific apps and can store other cards such as debit or credit without issue.

Yunar is a great way to keep your loyalty cards organized; however, it does lack impact as it can’t access every card’s specific features, like reward points.
