Can you park them all safely?
Puzzle games are the meat and potatoes of smartphone pastimes. Park Master is one such game, but with a twist. You’ll be using your finger to navigate various vehicles across crowded and tricky parking spaces.
Simple yet exciting gameplay
Park Master is a free smartphone puzzle game that has you parking cars across various parking spaces to earn points. It comes in a beautiful graphic style with good, responsive gameplay.
Park Master is a puzzle game that relies on a simple premise. Each level consists of differently colored cars and their designated parking spaces. You draw lines to get your vehicles there safely and ensure they don't crash.
Sounds simple? Sometimes it is, and sometimes it gets tricky. The tutorial before you start your first level will show you the ropes, but only your wits will get you through some crowded spaces.
The trick about Park Master is that, once you set the cars in motion, they all move at the same time. So, it adds a twist to the usual puzzle game by making you consider how their movements will interact.
Occasionally, levels will feature obstacles. In that case, you get an extra layer of challenge as you navigate around them. Other times, though, there will be coins along specific routes - that's what you want to collect.
The game comes with beautiful graphics and smooth gameplay on the levels themselves. However, in between each, you have to view an ad to collect your coins and keep moving.
Considering that Park Master features 400+ levels, each lasting for several minutes only, this can be a bother. Another negative is that the game loses its creativity after a while when the levels get repetitive.
Where can you run this program?
You’ll need at least Android 5.0 or iOS 10.0 or above versions of the two operating systems.
Is there a better alternative?
Yes. Park Masters is great, it is an execution of an innovative, fun idea, but the repetitiveness and the ads ruin the fun for some. Other great puzzle games you could play include XOB, Tiny Bubbles, and A Way to Slay, depending on your preferences.
Our take
All in all, Park Masters is fun to try, and it may even take you on a swift, exciting ride, at least at first. However, it, unfortunately, grows stale pretty quickly.
Should you download it?
Yes. If you like the idea, there’s every reason to pick it up. It’s completely free and lightweight on your phone, and you could have fun with it.
