A sequel to Nyakori’s Rabbit Doll, Nyaruru Fishy Fight — also known as 咸鱼喵喵 in Chinese — is a premium platforming game where you play as the cat girl Nyaruru. She wakes up to find the townspeople transformed into cat girls and the cats turned into vicious monsters. Unraveling the origins of this peculiar occurrence is not easy, as powerful bosses stand in your way. Players must utilize Nyaruru's abilities, equip accessories, and study attack patterns for a more manageable boss fight. However, some areas in the game are forgettable, and the dialogue contains grammatical errors.

Slay enemies using your fish

Nyaruru Fishy Fight's story begins when the titular character finds out that everyone in town has cat ears and tails. Being a cat girl herself, humans-turned-catgirls Charlotte, Lucia, and Meika mistakenly believe Nyaruru is the culprit. Nyaruru sets out on a quest to unearth the origins behind this strange phenomenon while battling monsters and bosses, traversing labyrinthine areas, and maintaining her friendship with other characters. Throughout the game, Nyaruru wields a fish as a weapon, executing devastating combos and launching enemies into the air. She can also ride a skateboard to make her hitbox smaller. Collecting cat coins allows Nyaruru to purchase items like cabbages to restore health and improve her combat skills using gemstones.

For gamers who love anything cute

Nyaruru Fishy Fight is a cute game with an adorable cast. The boss fights are the main highlights, requiring players to strategize and use everything at their disposal to win. The game also touches on the theme of friendship. However, the grammatical errors in the dialogue and forgettable areas are drawbacks.
