Discover countless stars and systems

NMS throws you into the wilderness of an unknown planet and tells you to survive. Players will find gorgeous worlds and incredible life across the endless universe of this game.

Interact with alien life

No Man’s Sky is a sci-fi galaxy trotter that has come a long way from its rocky release. The star systems teem with energy and life.

Hello Games brings you this exploration game filled with interesting gameplay, history, and interactions. You play as the Traveller, an anomaly in space and time. You’ll be contacted by the Atlas to embark on a journey that pushes you to hop around the galaxy.

As you travel, you’ll want to change into starships with better offensive capacity or more storage. There are tons of ships and cargo freighters for purchase; players just need to accrue the credits to buy them.

One of the coolest features in this game is language learning. In order to communicate effectively with the alien lifeforms, you’ll need to learn their language one word at a time.

There are more than enough upgrades to grab for your character, and plenty of base-building to serve as a home while you explore the galaxy. However, you might quickly find that a lot of planets tend to look the same.

Multiplayer has some issues. There are sync problems with other group members’ ships, so sometimes you can’t see your friends’ starships.

Where can you run this program?

No Man’s Sky is available for Windows 7 64-bit and later.

Is there a better alternative?

No. This title gives players the ability to change endless worlds and build bases with ease. However, Elite: Dangerous boasts a much better, more immersive spaceflight system.
