"Once Human" by Netease Games Global is a free action game for mobile devices, formerly known as Project E.O.E. This third-person multiplayer shooter is set in a post-apocalyptic world overrun by an alien infestation. Players embody survivors who have mutated, gaining special powers to combat various enemies. Similar to games like Shadowgun Legends and N.O.V.A Legacy, Once Human incorporates RPG mechanics, allowing players to customize characters with skills and equipment to create unique builds.
In "Once Human," players face the aftermath of an alien invasion by the Stardust creature, which brought a deadly disease, wiping out most of humanity. Survivors, known as meta-humans, must navigate the wasteland, battle mutated humans, and strive to save the planet. Survival is key, requiring resource scavenging, weapon blueprint collection, and base construction using the Territory Core. With an expansive open world featuring diverse biomes and factions, players must form alliances and avoid conflicts to enhance their chances of survival.
