For fans of CBS shows, the content on offer will be a big hit. The range of movies and tv shows is limited, but it’s a good way for you to get the original content that you like. Overall, the interface is clean and pleasant to look at, with ‘shows you watched’ and ‘continue watching’ lists available at a moments notice.

There’s a range of subscriptions available on this viewing service. On top of the basic subscription, you can opt for an ad-free version, and you can also add a premium network. This is a plus for watching on the go, but not particularly useful if you prefer to watch Showtime elsewhere.

CBS has a good range of subscriptions and some interesting original content, however, the means of delivery aren’t great. There’s a lot of work left to do before this app can be taken seriously.
