Toon Boom Digital Pro is also highly accessible to beginners thanks to 4 hours of video, tips, and in-line documentation.
The only real drawback to Toon Boom Digital Pro is probably the price. At $3000, it's quite an investment to make, and you have to make sure you'll make good use of the application. We strongly suggest testing out the trial before dishing out on Toon Boom Digital Pro.
