Space Wars: Interstellar Empires is an MMO with an emphasis on turn-based tactical warfare. Take part in a sprawling sci-fi war as various different races battle against one another between the stars. Build a fleet of starships, each equipped with cutting edge weaponry, and send them into battle against the forces of your opponents.
Space Wars: Interstellar Empires uses a combination of different gameplay styles. Traveling occurs in real time, while battles are turn-based. You start the game by picking a species to play as, after which you can choose a starting ship and a customized avatar to serve as the captain of your fleet. From there, it will be a case of building up your forces, ensuring that they can protect your region from invaders. You will also have the option of invading other players' regions, if you so desire. As the game has room for as many as forty players at any one time, these territorial disputes can certainly get hectic!
