One of QLD ICO's standout features is the capability for AISs to electronically create and issue inspection certificates, allowing customers to receive their safety certificates and certificates of inspection via email or PDF. This eliminates the need for customers to visit a TMR Customer Service Centre for specific transactions. Moreover, AISs can seamlessly lodge these certificates with the Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads, further simplifying the process.
The app also empowers AISs to manage their vehicle inspection records, access relevant information and documentation through the ICO Library, and record vehicle defect inspections for electronic lodgment with TMR.
