Fast and furious parking game
A game based on parking cars doesn't sound particularly exciting, and for the most part, Parking Dash isn't, although it does offer some measure of fun. You play the part of Karma, who has to park and organize cars from every corner of DinerTown as they arrive in increasing frequency.
First, the good points - the graphics are good, the music is pretty chirpy, and the characters are quite fun. There are also two game play modes - story and endless shift. Story mode sees you progress through the levels with a very basic narrative, while endless shift is just a continuous parking assault until you drop.
On the bad side, there are 50 different levels, which is way too much because there isn't a great deal of variation between each one. It would have been much better to have offered fewer levels with a greater degree of challenges and scenarios. There isn't a great deal to play for either, other than being able to upgrade your parking lot with vending machines and car lifts.
Parking Dash is not a classic game, and that's mainly because the premise is so weak, but it's got some decent graphics and could be a good bet for kids.
