The first Blu-ray creation application in the Mac App Store, Blu-ray Creator gives you the capability to put your favorite video files onto high-quality Blu-ray discs, playable in a regular Blu-ray player. Blu-ray Creator serves the specific purpose of putting video files onto Blu-ray discs so that they can be played back in a standard Blu-ray player or compatible software. It sports a limited set of tools, such as noise removal, optimizations for faster loading and playback, and support for .265, .264, .h265, and .h264 file formats. It can also create a regular DVD or export the video as one of any number of popular video file formats. Creations can be previewed before being burned to disc, allowing you to make sure you're happy with the end result.

Blu-ray Creator is far from perfect. For example, there is no chapter creation feature. The interface can sometimes be unintuitive, such as clearing created menus without warning when you change the screen. Error messages are unhelpful; a process may fail, but the error message will not say why.
