While My Walmart Schedule app does crash often, it offers employees the chance to organize their work timetables to their liking. 

While the new Walmart app does not have full access to the Wire, it does allow you to check your schedule quickly. All you need to do is log in with your ID number and password to open the software and check your schedule.

The app opens to a boring design that is not intuitive to navigate. Fortunately, it displays all the information you need to understand scheduling and request changes. In exchange though, the application crashes quite regularly.

If this happens, you may need to use the Walmart Wire from home on your computer to do this. One useful aspect of the program besides checking your schedule is that you can request people to change shifts with you without needing to go through management.

Is there a better alternative?

No, unfortunately. My Walmart Schedule is the only application that fills this particular need. The company has authorized no other options for checking your workload on mobile devices.

Our take

Overall, this app makes the employee’s life more comfortable, as they don't have to log into their computer to see their Wire Portal anymore. The main problem with My Walmart Schedule is its tendency to crash.
