If you’re experiencing issues with the software, it could be that your specific device is incompatible. It can also mean that your scanner isn’t connected correctly or that you need to refresh to find newly available devices.

Our take

It’s a small program that you can download directly from HP. The installation is speedy upon opening. This, paired with the fact that it’s easy to use, makes it a great choice if you just need something that does the job well. We’re, overall, very impressed. The only downside is that it lacks more advanced features for editing.
