This program manages your voice and fax communications. It provides answering and sending capabilities even when a user is not logged in. The software can notify you by e-mail, fax, pager or telephone whenever you receive a new fax or voice message and automatically forward your faxes to another fax machine or send them to an e-mail address. You can even have received messages and faxes automatically forwarded to your Microsoft Outlook inbox. The program provides broadcast faxing, high-speed Super G3 support, 2D, ECM, delayed scheduling, sending faxes over the Internet to any e-mail address, access to Microsoft Outlook and WAB contacts, annotation, cover page design, TWAIN scanner support, Adobe PDF format support and resending sent faxes. You can create multiple mailboxes, record custom greetings, schedule greetings to play at specific times or days, and remotely access your messages using a touch tone telephone. Additional capabilities include anti-telemarketing and blacklisting options, fax on demand, record phone conversations, and distinctive ring and caller ID support.
