This program converts documents into PDF files. pdfMachineWhite automatically generates PDF bookmarks from Word and PowerPoint documents. PDF bookmarks appear as hyperlinks in a content table on the left of your PDF file. PDF- hyperlinks are auto-generated from web URLs and e-mail addresses as well, and can be edited. For network installations pdfMachine supports point-and-print installation and can be installed like any other network printer. pdfMachineWhite integrates MAPI compliant mail clients for sending PDFs via e-mail. Mail Merge parameters such as e-mail-to and e-mail-subject can be dynamically parsed out of a PDF file for automatic e-mail sending. It supports languages including Asian languages, Hebrew and Arabic. Textual watermarks can be placed on each page of your PDF file, and N-Up Printing allows you to shrink several pages onto one page. pdfMachine implements PDF 40-bit and 128-bit encryption. Documents can be password protected and permissions for printing, copying and modifying can be granted.
