Internet worms and hack attacks commonly use in-memory/buffer overflow tactics to install and execute. Prevx Home stops these attacks. It also stops spyware attacks that change the IE default home page, and install malicious browser helper objects and toolbars. This tool does not replace anti-virus software, firewall or spyware detection and clean-up tools. It is an additional defense.
