This program assists in day-to-day Internet cafe management. You can produce charges using unlimited, configurable billing schemes. It includes integrated Point Of Sales system for selling snacks, drinks and charging for printer, scanner and CD-RW services. You can control client PCs with Screen Shield. It comes with Windows System Policy Editor, which allows you to restrict access to vital parts of the system. Reports and Membership service programs are included with Cafe Manager Pro. Our cyber-cafe software supports 3 payment methods. Play as you Go - Customer pays after he is finished using the PC. Charges are calculated based on time spent and selected charge rate. Pre-Paid: Customer pays before he starts using the PC based on amount of money or amount of time to be spent. Your regular customers or members can lodge money to their accounts and then use it over a period of time until account is depleted. Use End of Shift report to keep track on shifts earnings and get information about charged items for a shift, computer and employee. Report is generated and saved in non-editable format and can be exported to MS Excel or a text document.
