This program is intended to expedite the management of real estate investment partnerships. There is no limit on the number of partnerships or investors, and distributions can be multiples of a regular distribution on a partnership-by-partnership, or on an investor-by-investor basis. Inactive investors are kept until the end of the year, and you can print distribution checks on any laser printer. Investor accounts are updated automatically after checks are processed. Investor interest can be allocated and transferred, and the program prints check registers and maintains records. You can also replace distribution checks when necessary.
