This network monitoring utility scans your critical network resources, testing for the presence of devices like routers and servers. It allows you to scan devices on a LAN or WAN by IP address or host name, using ICMP, PING or TCP port connections. The graphical interface allows you to add device descriptions to find problems on your network. The program can be configured to e-mail and page network error notifications when devices fail to respond. The program also offers a host port scanner, a network host discovery tool, a network ping utility and a network trace utility.
