Manage your teams and projects in MS Outlook with this workgroup utility. It can be used with or without a server. Using an Internet or intranet connection, team members can share and manage calendars, contacts and documents, assign tasks, send meeting invitations, post news, create discussions, and access other information in MS Outlook. With a team task list, team members have access to their project contributions, and you can also create contact lists. As projects develop, lists can be updated. News, links and other information are available to all team members. You can add new team members by simply adding their names to the 4Team Address Book. MS Exchange profiles are supported, and the program allows automatic updates.
