This application allows you to track, route, measure, and manage e-mail communications with external or internal customers. The console is a GUI-based application that runs on the server. The actual processing of messages is done by several Windows services. It listens on port 25 for inbound e-mail. You track e-mail accounts or aliases by forwarding them to the server for processing. This uses either Microsoft Access or SQL Server 7/2000 on the back end to store all settings and message archives. This comes with a customizable ASP-based Web interface that runs on a Microsoft IIS Web server, either on the same or a different machine. Setting up multiple, customized Web interfaces for clients is as simple as pasting one line of code on the clients' Web sites.
