Paragraph Punch 4.1

This utility helps students develop their paragraph writing skills. Students learn how to write an effective paragraph through reason, detail, sequence, example, and cause and effects. Choosing from a menu of topics, students develop ideas, and write their own topic sentences, bodies and conclusions. Program prompts guide students step-by-step through pre-writing, writing, organizing, editing, rewriting and publishing. Students' completed paragraphs can be transferred to their own disks or to a word processing program, while teachers can monitor their students' progress in the record management system. The program is designed for students 10 years and older.
